Founded in 1946 as T.N. Incorporated Ltd, the company today known as T.N. Group first began operating in the electrical appliance business. Over the following years, we increased our product lines to include construction equipment and became an distributor for
Fuji-Electric and NEC products from Japan.

We began in the technology business by marketing computer products from Siemens Nixdorf.     T.N. Information Systems Ltd. (TNIS) was established in 1989 under the name 'T.N. Nixdorf Computer (Thailand) Ltd.', with a registered capital of 140 million Baht. The company started out as a joint venture between Nixdorf Computer AG and T.N. Incorporated Ltd. to be a hardware supplier.

    In 1997, TNIS announced a major change in shareholding under which the company became 100% owned by TN Incorporated Ltd. On October 3, 1997, the company changed its name to T.N. Information Systems Ltd. and repositioned itself from a hardware supplier to a systems integrator (SI).

    Since then, TNIS has reinforced its position as the market leader in several key areas including total project management, technology management, change management and customer relationships. The company successfully established its business as a strong
    and solid presence during the 1997 economic crisis. TNIS has been continually focused
    on developing its Thai professional staff to strengthen its locally-owned business operation to stay ahead of the many international SI companies that have entered the Thai market.
