Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, development and implementation of projects including participate in the design and testing phases, follow a defined project management methodology
  • Coordinate project plans to meet the goals and priorities of the organization

Banking Business Consultant (Core Credit System Unit)

We are looking for a high-caliber individual with business acumen in Lending, Credit Management Business of Banking or Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of end-to-end credit management process, including loan origination / credit approval, collateral management, loan disbursement and monitoring, debt collection and recovery, debt restructuring and legal processing. Specialization in 1 - 2 areas is preferred.

He or she will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and banking process, identifying pain points, providing business consultancy as well as designing solutions, including digital banking solutions, and implementing IT software projects to achieve tangible results.

Qualification

Senior Quality Assurance Officer (Core Credit System Unit)

Responsibility  

  • Design test methodology, approach and plan based on business requirement and project scope
  • Prepare and ensure quality of all test artifacts and deliverables such as Test Coverage Matrix, Test Case, Test Script, Test Data, Test Result
  • Supervise all testing activities (manual or automated testing) such as Functional Test, Non-Functional Test, System Integration Test and Regression Test on several environments, in line with test approach and plan
